Terms and Conditions:

• Minimum 3 nights stay in a double room (sleeps 2). Additional night available.
• Prices quoted in EUR per person per package.
• Prices including VAT.
• Credit card's guarantee booking.
• Services ordered and not used are non-refundable.
• Services are not transferable to other guests.
• Pre-payment 100% needs to be paid within a week after the booking confirmation.
• Payment can be made by a credit card or a bank transfer.
• Agreement with Terms and Conditions.
• In case of exchange rate's change by more than 5% or VAT change, we reserve the right to change prices accordingly with immediate effect.

Cancellation conditions:

• More than 30 days prior to arrival without a cancellation fee.
• Less then 30 days prior to arrival, payment for the first night will be charged.
